Acquisition of a double monochromator for the determination of the scattered light parameters of spectroradiometers
As part of the project, a double monochromator will be acquired, which will be used to characterize the stray light behavior of spectroradiometers in production. This will result in a significant reduction in the measurement uncertainty of the instruments, as the stray light is corrected during the measurements. As a result, new applications can be developed and existing applications can be covered with higher accuracy.
The project is self-financed as well as co-financed by the European Union (ERDF).
